Even if you make a reservation, the wait is over 40 minutes, so you need to leave plenty of time. The inside is a bit cramped, and there are all sorts of people walking around, from staff to people with numbing cream on their face, so it's chaotic. I consulted with the head doctor, and they were very businesslike, but they explained very well why I needed this procedure, so I understood it well. They did a good job of drawing the line I wanted. The discount is only available if you pay in full on the day or put down a 10% reservation deposit, but the manager pushed too hard, which made me uncomfortable. I couldn't say no, and since it was my first time going around for consultations, I gave in to the pressure and paid the deposit, but later I canceled it.
