My friend had it done here and it turned out well, very pretty, so I had huge expectations. On the day, I went about an hour and a half before my consultation time (because the previous consultation ended early, I was just going to go to the clinic and wait). When I told the front desk staff my name and checked in, their attitude was so bad that I felt awful. I said I had come a bit early while checking in, and they just said, “Yes, you’ll have to wait,” so I thought, well, that’s only natural, and sat there calmly reading a magazine while waiting. Did I wait about 20 minutes? The front desk staff who had checked me in earlier was standing by the CT room and kept calling out for someone, so I looked over thinking, what’s that about? (I was wearing AirPods and reading a magazine, so I didn’t know, and since there was still a long time before my appointment, I never thought they’d be calling me.) When I took out my AirPods and looked, they were calling my name, and when I said, “Yes?” they said, “Come this way,” and that made me so annoyed. What, are you calling a friend at a playground? Usually at other clinics they just quietly come to the patient and say it’s time for the CT, but this was extremely unpleasant. Even when taking the CT, they told me to take off my necklace and piercings. I didn’t have a necklace, so that was fine, but I had never taken out my piercings before, so I didn’t know how to put them in and take them out (I always had them done at a shop). At other clinics, after explaining this and asking for understanding, since I didn’t wear that many piercings, I was told it would probably be okay and just went ahead with the scan, but the front desk staff acted like, “Why can’t you take them out?” and stared at me while saying the image might come out ruined and they might have to retake it. I mean, so what? Are you telling me to go to a shop and have them take it out or what? Anyway, the front desk staff wasn’t my problem, so I went ahead with the scan and waited for the consultation. Even though I had gone in much earlier than my appointment time and they did start the consultation early, which was nice, maybe because they were very busy, the manager was kind, but spoke way too fast to the point where I felt like handing them a Show Me The Money pass, and even in the consultation with the director, it felt professional and satisfying, but the director looked extremely tired. So there was this feeling that I couldn’t really trust it...? Plus, in the middle of the consultation with the director, the door to the consultation room was opened really hard and someone came in, which startled me a lot, and it was the manager standing behind me (if that was to check the consultation contents, I guess that’s okay, but the behavior felt a bit too rough). Afterward, the manager explained the surgery cost and plan again, and said they don’t send the consultation details separately afterward, so I just took a photo of the notes the manager had written on the tablet and that was it. This was a clinic I had huge expectations for, but overall I was a bit disappointed by the front desk staff’s rudeness (I thought they were playing delinquent inside the clinic), the manager’s attitude that seemed way too rushed and rough, and the director looking so tired, especially considering the 30,000 won consultation fee. The director is very famous and a person I know personally actually had good results there, so I thought I could trust it and go ahead, but the disappointing parts were just too big overall, so I excluded it from my list... Anyway, it also wasn’t possible on the date I wanted, so...ㅠ The bigger the expectations, the bigger the disappointment ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
