I had a consultation with Dr. Park Yong-sik, and first he said I have a hooked nose and a bulbous nose, and that it would be better to raise it without touching the area between the eyebrows. I asked what kind of nose I wanted, and I said natural, but celebrity style didn’t really matter to me. He said because my hump is on the severe side, the options are limited, and for celebrity noses, it would be better to go for a straight nose like Shin Sae-kyeong, Seol Yoon, or Go Yoon-jung. He kindly explained everything while drawing it out himself, and he said for me he would shave down the hump, use dermis, and use donated rib cartilage, and that if I decide whether to use silicone for the bridge, he would do it. He said silicone is needed if I want the bridge to look aesthetically pretty (it’s not mandatory; autologous rib cartilage or things like that could also be used, but it wouldn’t be perfectly smooth). He explained the pros and cons of each material well, and I liked the doctor.. I didn’t leave a deposit, but I do like the doctor..
