The consulting managers were all kind, and the hospital had also recently been remodeled, so it was clean. Even though I had a reservation, I still waited about 30 minutes. I consulted with Dr. Kim Se-young, and I liked that she only talked about the parts I actually needed. She clearly said no when something couldn’t be done. I recommend going for a consultation at least once, even if you don’t necessarily have surgery.
