My mom said she was going to have nose-tip surgery, so I went for a consultation at the clinic I had been looking into for myself, and as expected they took great care of us and the staff were kind, so we went ahead and booked the surgery! Her nose had never had filler, but because she already had a pretty severe upturned nose, we consulted about just lowering the tip a bit. The doctor also said it wasn't contracture, but it was similar to cases where contracture had happened and people needed revision surgery. When I said I also wanted to correct the asymmetry of the nostrils, he found it right away, and I felt like he was really thorough! (At the clinic next door, when I said I wanted to fix the nostril asymmetry, they just said the shape of the nostrils can't be helped and talked about something else.) My mom has anemia, so I was worried, but the manager explained everything in detail, and the cost was better than I expected, so we booked the surgery right away. She's on day 2 after surgery now, and they say the swelling and bruising are both barely there!! I'm planning to have surgery in winter too..ㅎ!!
