The consultation went on calmly without feeling rushed. They clearly said there was nothing unnecessary, and that things which could be done or not done were optional, so I felt they were very honest and not trying to upsell anything. They adjusted the line several times, and by asking if I had any more questions until the very end, I felt they were being very thorough. The waiting time was a bit long!
