They said that for a first surgery, donated rib cartilage is usually used and the inflammatory reaction rate is under 1% compared with autologous costal cartilage. Still, I thought using autologous costal cartilage would be better, so I asked the manager separately later, and they said it was possible to use autologous costal cartilage, but the price would go up by 1.4 million won from that quoted amount.
