It was easy to book a consultation and surgery date, but the wait was really, really long. If you pay the deposit on the day, the discount drops a lot, so they push the deposit hard. Among the front desk staff, there was one young, unfriendly employee who seemed like a part-timer and not good at the job, and thanks to that everyone had to wait even longer. The consultation was just so-so. They came in, recommended a few things, and said the rest should be discussed with the manager before leaving quickly. They said they only do two nose surgeries a day, but I saw three on the schedule. They said it was because it was a simple surgery, so they put in three. The price is tempting, but it doesn’t inspire trust.
