The doctor was very confident about nose surgery and had the most different opinion from the other doctors at different clinics... The doctors at the other clinics said to shave the hump and use silicone + autologous costal cartilage. He said to use the pretty hump as part of it and raise the bridge with silicone. Recommended 3 mm silicone .. (the highest) He said the severe bulbous nose would be corrected on its own by raising the bridge (to the point where there’d be no need for anything like cutting fat) He said my skin has good elasticity and my nose shape is nice, so if this fails, it’s 100% the doctor’s fault, speaking very confidently. For my round image, he said to make the columella and tip round and natural. Instead of showing me the post-op appearance with Photoshop or anything like that, I’d have to imagine it only from the consultation ㅠㅠㅠ The only clinic that mentioned aftercare.
