The consultation coordinator was kind and I was able to clear up all the things I was curious about, which was great. There was no excessive surgical pressure or hard selling, and the director also looked at the design while consulting me, so I was satisfied. At first I was worried because there were too many chief surgeons, but at this point this is the hospital I’m most drawn to.
