The consultation was really meticulous. We spent over 40 minutes just figuring out the design, and the recommendations were detailed and thoughtful. They were kind from start to finish. They even came personally to check my eye progress every time, and during surgery they talked to me to help me relax lol. They showed me similar eyes and said it would likely turn out like this, so it was easy to understand.
