First of all, I live far away so this was the only place I could get a consultation, and unlike other hospitals I couldn't compare it with, but I felt the director was very professional. During my first surgery, they didn't even tell me what I was doing, what was being inserted, or how many millimeters were inserted, and I didn't think to ask, so I didn't really know. But the director knew exactly how many millimeters had been inserted just by touching it. I'm putting it on hold for now.
