I went there by referral, and before I went they called me several times asking where I was and whether my schedule had changed. Then when I actually got there, I waited in the consultation room for about 30 to 40 minutes (I understood because the director's surgery was delayed). The director looked tired, but he consulted with me seriously. When I made the consultation appointment, they asked whether it was a revision surgery, what procedures I'd had, who referred me, and the referrer's contact info, and I told them everything. But then the front desk asked again, and when I went in, they wrote it in the chart again. Also, when the consultation manager told me the price, she first gave me the price for a first-time surgery and then corrected it. It felt like things weren't being managed properly. They told me to pay a deposit and come back, but I hesitated because I felt it wasn't being managed well. When I said I wouldn't pay, the consultation manager's smiling eyes disappeared completely. I'm glad I didn't make the reservation.
