I made a reservation and went, waited a bit, then met the manager first and had a consultation with the director. They listened well to what I wanted and looked things over in detail, which I liked. I still wasn't sure about surgery itself, so I didn't make a reservation, but I think I might come back for another consultation later. I also liked that they didn't pressure me to pay a deposit.
