A simple but effective surgery. The actual operation takes about 15 minutes, and it only leaves a small 1 cm incision inside the mouth. It takes a little over an hour for the sedation anesthesia to wear off, and once it does, you can go right back to daily life. The swelling is not very severe, and in my experience, once the stitches are removed a week later, the face looks slimmer than before the surgery right away.
