Four years ago I had a nose surgery at another hospital, but I wasn’t satisfied with the shape, so I started visiting clinics to look for a revision. I thought the before-and-after photos here looked the most natural and pretty, so I made this clinic my first consultation. My surgery is supposed to lower the bridge height, so I expected no extra cartilage harvest would be needed, but they said ear cartilage harvest would probably be needed, which honestly made me a bit reluctantㅠ They said it would also be good to do alar reduction to make the nose smaller, but I didn’t want alar reduction that much, so I felt our aesthetic goals didn’t quite match. I probably won’t do it at this clinic, but the doctor did explain everything in detail really well.
