First of all, it was extremely hard to get in touch with the consultation manager, so I felt that if a problem came up later, it would be hard to get follow-up care. The doctor was really kind and professional, and helped me a lot to feel at ease before surgery. Even when I came back for post-op follow-up, they took good care of me. The doctor and nurses were several times kinder than the managers. Aside from the managers being rude, it was the best. The surgery facility and even the air shower room were there, and it was clean.
