I had lateral canthoplasty about 2 years ago, but it was opened too much, so the red flesh was all visible and the eye shape changed into a D shape. I looked into revision and got lateral canthoplasty reversal + lower canthoplasty at Sight. After the reversal, I’m really living a new life, and I hadn’t planned on lower canthoplasty, but the clinic recommended it so I did it together. If I had only done the reversal without the lower canthoplasty, my eyes would have looked small. Doing them together makes them much more natural and my eyes do not look much smaller. The outer corner shape also changed from a D shape to a > shape, and there is almost no scar. If I had done the canthoplasty at Sight from the beginning, I don’t think I would have regretted it.. Before surgery, I asked them to match the asymmetry of both outer corners, but they said it would be difficult to make them perfectly even because of my bone structure. I guess they matched them as much as possible, because the symmetry on both sides improved and I’m so satisfied. Thank you, doctor, for making my scarred and oddly shaped outer corners pretty again.
