My nose was basically nonexistent, so they literally created a nose for me People around me said I looked a lot different, and they said if I raised the tip I wouldn't need to do the nasal bridge, so I didn't do it, and that was a godsend Right after I came out after the nose surgery, it felt like it went well. By the second week it was gradually settling in and I was really satisfied. My nostrils are slightly uneven, but that was already the case, and it looks like there’s a limit to how much they can match it. I barely swelled at all, to the point I wondered if it was my body type. I stopped breathing in the middle of surgery and woke up from anesthesia, then they just stitched me up. Honestly, that was better. That made me trust them more. But the surgery was delayed by two hours, and the OR front desk? The staff had absolutely no tact and were terrible at their job. At first they yelled that my initial request couldn’t be done, but when I asked the manager, she said it could. Then when I asked again, they kept asking a million times. When I said I’d already discussed it with the manager, they kept asking, "You’re sure it was approved?" and got annoyed while talking, and only then did they finally listen. No apology either. At that point, shouldn't the staff have said, 'I'll ask the manager, sorry'? 5 million is not a small amount of moneyㅠ They ruined the hospital's image.
