Kind and there was no overtreatment. As expected from a large clinic, the facilities were really good. But honestly I was a little worried it might make everyone look the same, since big hospitals tend to have that stereotype... (because I kind of think large = factory-like). Still, the consultation was kind, and I don't really have anything bad to say.
