An older sister I know had surgery here about 3 years ago or so, so I visited after her recommendation. The doctor kept smiling throughout the consultation and seemed like a sunny type..? He listened well too lol. And I felt he was a little firm in that he was very clear about what could and couldn't be done. The manager was also kind and treated me well, which was nice. There was a bit of pressure to pay a deposit, but that's about the level you'd find at any hospital, so I didn't really mind it.
