+88 when using donated rib cartilage I went to 6 consultations, and this was the only place that showed me the expected nose result using an app. No extra charge for donated dermis, though they do seem to look at the projected size a bit conservatively. Make sure to talk things over well during the consultation. They said I probably wouldn’t need autologous costal cartilage, and if the septum wasn’t enough, they’d use donated rib cartilage. I ruled them out because I’m considering autologous costal cartilage and hate revisions, but the doctor’s kindness was an energetic, genuinely pleasant kind of kindness, so I do recommend at least getting a consultation. It was my second choice out of the six.
