I had the tip of my nose done with septal cartilage. Right after surgery I liked the shape, but within a few days I got inflammation inside. So less than a week after the surgery, they opened it again and cleaned it out. In the process, it ended up lower than the height from the first surgery, to the point where the surgery almost felt pointless.. If it hadn’t been for the inflammation, I would have been satisfied with the shape. I asked if I could have revision surgery because I was disappointed, and they said they’d do it if I only paid the anesthesia fee. They were kind and explained things well, so I’m not completely distrustful, but it feels a little awkward to have it done at the same clinic.. It’s unfortunate that inflammation happened, but if it hadn’t, it would probably have been fine.
