I had buried double-eyelid surgery done at Ilmi-ri three years ago. The place is always crowded and even if you make a reservation, there is a lot of waiting, so I hope they improve that part. The whole hospital is bustling and a bit chaoticㅜㅜ Everyone was kind and the skill seems decent, though.
