I had several procedures done here before, like laser. I had good memories, so I booked a consultation with Director Kim for my nose one or two months in advance, but a few days before the appointment they called and asked if I could come, and then the day before they said the consultation would probably be difficult, but they didn’t even suggest changing the time. That irritated me twice and I got angry. I ended up getting nose surgery somewhere else. The consultation reservation changes were insanely bad. I’m a total J type, so this kind of thing made me so angry, and it felt like I was being ignored and it was unacceptable. I was really wondering when I’d ever actually have surgery and how I was supposed to get a consultation. I was furious, but they were having a cheap Ulthermage promotion so I went once more heh
