If you don't ask for anything specific, he really does it very naturally. He seems delicate and has very good stitching skills. He is extremely careful to keep things safe and avoid infection. You could feel that he was paying attention even during the surgery, and because of that the swelling and such were less than at other places. He is the first doctor who listened kindly to my complaints after surgery without even looking annoyed. That said, he does forget little things one by one, so it would be good to emphasize important points, but I'm satisfied enough to recommend him to people around me. The hospital facilities aren't flashy, but they are neatly arranged. His personality also seems more like an internal medicine doctor than a surgeon, very delicate. From what I saw, everything except the nose is relatively affordable, and anyway he really does stitch well. His fingertips seem very delicate. He seems to handle simple aftercare without a fuss, and he says not to do anything except surgery that is truly necessary..
