The consultation coordinator was very kind and the consultation was sincere, but I could feel that the doctor who would perform the surgery was not sincere in the consultation, so I did not want to have surgery at that hospital. Rather than saying they would just do the surgery well on their own, the process of explaining how the surgery would be done in a way that suits the patient was omitted, which was very disappointing. They ignored the patient’s needs and even added areas I didn’t want, so it did not match the direction I wanted.
