The director felt very cold and formal, with a sharp, pointy vibe. The manager was nice and kind, but the wait was long, which was disappointing. The director seemed confident, but didn't really look very responsible. It felt like, do it if you want, don't if you don't. But maybe that was confidence too. Maybe because they were tired?
