I was surprised there were so few people, less than I expected. The staff were so-so. What surprised me was how passionately the doctor did the consultation and how accurately he figured out the reasons and goals behind my surgery. He also came up with a solution for the area I was worried about, so I had high expectations, but after that the manager’s arrogant attitude and the ridiculous price, plus the mixed reviews I found, made me decide not to choose it.
