I requested a consultation, but they blocked me on KakaoTalk. It’s been 3 years and I’m still blocked. When I called because it was absurd, they kept saying it was a system problem and said it would be lifted after 3 to 6 months, but that was all a lie. The manager didn’t even give me a proper consultation. This was a place I had decided to have surgery at because of the good reviews, but the manager’s attitude made me give up on it completely. A place where communication with the manager is this bad is likely to become a place where they don’t contact you after surgery and then wash their hands of you if something goes wrong, so I ruled it out immediately.
