The consultation was really professional. While waiting for the consultation, they showed a video summarizing terms and methods for nose surgery and such, and from that alone I thought, oh, this place is a bit different. After looking at the CT, the director immediately caught a problem inside my nose that no hospital had told me about, probably because they're from the ENT side. And after looking at the list of questions written on the iPad, they took the whole thing and answered one by one as we read through it together lol. What really left an impression on me was this!! My nose is currently crooked, so I was worried it would twist again even if I had revision surgery. The director told me that in all the surgeries they've done so far, only one person ended up crooked, and explained in detail how they handled that case, which was great for someone like me who values safety above everything.. The consultation was very kind and comfortable, so if you're timid like me, you should give them a try..!
