First of all, the director is really kind. I could feel that they were trying their best to accommodate me, and overall they had a very positive energy. The wait was about 10 minutes because I arrived a little early, and the consultation lasted quite a long time, around 30 to 40 minutes. The doctor had a somewhat tsundere style, but clearly said what could and couldn't be done and had the attitude of someone ready to proceed with surgery. That said, it wasn't a soft tone like, "I'll do my best to match you." During the consultation, they used a PPT to explain nose surgery, and after actually touching my nose, they compared it with the CT images and explained things in detail. In particular, the explanation of the septum, which other clinics had not mentioned, was impressive, and that is where I gained trust. If I had to mention a regret, 4 out of 5 of the nurses and desk staff were really kind, but one person had a moment where I thought, "Do I really have to hear this?" Still, I think that's a minor thing that will be forgotten over time, so I didn't dwell on it much. The price was the highest among the four places I compared, and even though alar reduction was not included, it was still the most expensive. I think it would be good to keep that in mind when you go for a consultation.
