The fact that their dental clinic was doing so well left an impression. I wasn’t going there to have surgery in a rush; I went for a consultation, so I didn’t have any doctor information and just consulted with whoever had time. I don’t remember clearly, but it felt very factory-like and the wait time was long. The price was cheap, but it felt more like a fast-paced consultation than something personalized, and my friend who came with me felt the same way… If I had been seriously going to have surgery and had researched the doctor well, it might have been different…?
