They were kind and explained things in detail, and I liked that they looked at me delicately while considering the balance of the entire face. The wait was an extra 30 minutes, though. The price was more reasonable than I expected, and the consultation fee was free, so that was even better. They have experience, and it's a hospital that doesn't do excessive marketing, so it seems trustworthy.
