The director could tell me right away what needed to be done and consulted with confidence and professionalism. The consultation is on the short side, so I think I would have had to study properly beforehand in order to understand things and ask questions. The manager pushed pretty hard for a same-day booking, so I ended up putting down the deposit almost under a spell, but that manager seems to have quit. It was the hospital I thought about until the very end.
