The facilities are extremely good and grand. There were also a lot of staff, and the furniture was nice. The staff were friendly and the system seemed well organized. That said, I felt a bit put off because there were endless Chinese customers decked out in luxury brands, and the waiting time was far too long. I thought the consultation was professional and good, but more surgeries were recommended than I had initially expected, and they were included in the estimate. There was also some pressure to book, so I didn't go ahead.
