I visited because I was interested in rhinoplasty without using silicone, but it seems they recommend silicone whenever possible. They recommended 2 mm, or maybe 1 mm, but personally I don't understand why they recommended it, since if you're only raising it that much, I don't think it would even show. Still, I had gone after seeing that an acquaintance had rhinoplasty with silicone and it turned out pretty.
