There are flashy reviews too, but there also seemed to be a lot of reviews with a round tip and a moderately flashy look, so I went in for a consultation! I captured the nose shape I wanted from the reviews here and showed it to them, and since it was clearly a nose they had operated on themselves, they seemed to understand right away. Instead of just saying they would make it exactly like the review I showed, they tailored the consultation to my nose in another way, which made me trust them. They told me the bridge probably didn't need to be made very high, and for the tip, for durability, they suggested trying donor rib cartilage. They said they would open it up and, if they needed to add ear cartilage, they would use ear cartilage too. They seemed honest, and more than anything, they seemed to understand exactly the line I wanted, so I was okay with it.
