I really don't understand why they're charging everyone so much for a first surgeryㅋㅋ They don't even use implants. My nose: hooked, bulbous, and long. They said they'd build a support structure and stack cartilage at the tip. They use both ear cartilage and septal cartilage. They said they'd shave less off the hump and slightly smooth the bridge with cartilage. For the line, they recommended straight osteotomy, and they said they'd bring the middle up when gathering the tip to correct asymmetry. The consultation was okay, but it was too expensive so I won't do it.
