The friendliness of the counter staff was not great. Even though there were other patients in the lobby, they asked about my cosmetic surgery history and what medications I was taking in a loud voice. I think those personal matters should be written down, not asked aloud. The counter staff handled the photo shooting, but their way of speaking was curt. The dedicated manager was very kind, and I don't know why it was such an extreme contrast. The doctor also seemed to think he would choose a more aggressive surgical method rather than a conservative one for contouring, but for the surgery I wanted he took a very conservative stance. There were many reviews saying he was kind, but when I consulted, I didn't really feel that kindness. Right after the consultation, I didn't get that this was the place, but since it's being done on my own face, maybe being conservative is the right approach.
