The textbook definition of a factory-style clinic. The moment I stepped into this hospital, I stopped being a patient as a person and became a patient as a product. The people at the desk all seemed like they were trying to sound kind. Some really did feel kind, and some staff felt like they were trying hard to be kind (but that impression is just my personal guess). The director was bright and friendly. I got a consultation for nose surgery, and I strongly felt that the doctor was over-treating. It did not feel like a particularly sincere or passionate consultation, just the basic things they had to say. It felt less like counseling tailored to my face and more like they were fitting me into a flashy style that matched the doctor’s aesthetic.
