First of all, this was the first hospital where they charged separately for CCTV and anesthesia. It felt a little like they only cared about money. And for CCTV, you have to request it in advance, and they say you can only view it on day 7, so I don't understand why they can't just show it right away. Are they editing something weird? The director was very confident and said they could do the shape I wanted, but the Photoshop they did on my photo was so disappointing that I'm confused. The manager is kind, but I don't think they would be on the patient's side if a problem came up.
