At first, the doctor seemed to be pursuing a natural look. It was my first surgery and I wanted to use costal cartilage, but he said that wasn't necessary and that septal cartilage or ear cartilage would be enough. I showed him the nose line I wanted, but he said there was absolutely no way it would turn out like that and that my nose needed to be done naturally, so I decided not to have the surgery.
