I went for a consultation after being recommended a place known for revision surgery, since I heard their skill is good even for first-time cases. The wait wasn’t long, and the consultation itself wasn’t very long either. They said the basics would be natural adhesion plus ptosis correction, and since my eyes are hollow, fat grafting was definitely necessary. They recommended epicanthoplasty. It wasn’t forced, though, just suggested twice. I had surgery elsewhere, but the place I ended up choosing said there was no real need for canthoplasty. Still, I understood why they recommended fat grafting. Because my eyes are hollow, they look loose again when I’m tired. Overall, the doctor was fine and the atmosphere was good. The price quoted did not include fat grafting, and it was the price for sharing a partial photo.
