From the beginning, I didn’t get along with the front desk staff. I came in for an Enthing injection and was going to get it on the upper arm area, but they kept asking, “You’ve never had surgery before?” I said I was just here for an injection, so why did I need to explain that, and they said they needed me to say it before they could do the procedure lol. No, if nothing was done to the area where I was getting the injection, shouldn’t I not have to say anything? I really don’t understand why they needed to know if I’d had my eyes or nose done lol. They were rude, the staff didn’t communicate with each other, and the injection had zero effect. They wasted 1 hour 20 minutes of my time, so it was a waste of time and money. It was the worst place I’ve been to. Don’t bother going there and wasting your time; go somewhere elseㅠ
