I was honestly shocked by this place. 1. Endless waiting. If it's like this, I don't understand why they even made a reservation. The reservation means nothing. 2. During the consultation, they didn't explain reviews or methods x. The moment I sat down, they started talking about money and asked if the cost was okay. What, if it wasn't okay, would they just send me back without even consulting me? And I even said money doesn't matter as long as it can be done, but the quality of the explanation was like a subway street vendor would be more detailed. I don't know why they're sitting there working as a consultation manager. 3. The director looked at me very carelessly, told me to put my hands on my waist, said I looked like a Barbie doll and pretty, and that was it. I had zero trust, and I strongly felt that if I entrusted my surgery to them, I'd be screwed. Overall, it was awful, and on top of that they charge a 50,000-won consultation fee.
