I got chin advancement surgery and, in the end, I'm satisfied. They respected the aesthetic I was aiming for and proceeded exactly as I wanted. The disappointing part was that just before surgery, they explained the asymmetry and had me sign a pledge that I would not file a complaint about it. When I look in the mirror now, there is a little asymmetry, but it isn't very noticeable so I'm just living with it. At the time of surgery, this was the only hospital I consulted and had the surgery at, and if I went back in time, I think I'd do it again.
