After the surgery, my front canthus was overdone and my eyes looked heavy because of the eye correction, so I asked for A/S. The manager didn't really keep in touch, and the director spoke in a very agitated way. It didn't feel kind at all, just like they were doing whatever they wanted. They did do the follow-up treatment, but I wasn't happy with the process at all.
