I really liked how thoroughly he explained everything. At other hospitals, if the consultation feels like they only answer what I ask, here, when I asked one thing, they answered with ten more, which I liked. The way they designed my nose line also made me think they had good aesthetic sense, and this doctor recommended using donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage together.
