I thought it would be pretty standard, but I expected them to at least point out some of the problems or regrets from the previous surgery, and they did not, so the consultation was a little more disappointing than I expected. They seem to pressure you a bit about the deposit, and I thought the managers would be ordinary, but when I said I would not put down a deposit, what they said made me think, huh?
